Very kind caring staff
We came to the WBCH on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were friendly, helpful and diagnosed the problem and referred us to Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading. We were very grateful for the service, assistance and treatment we received, which was of a high standard.
The phlebotomist was friendly and helpful, and I honestly barely felt the needle go in!
[name removed] was excellent with my daughter (the patient) and myself, answered all questions and was very clear about what is required, why, and what the next steps are. Very good.
Very courteous and clearly explained info and advice
Nurses were nice that looked after me, looking forward to go home
Always receive an efficient & quick service at West Berks.
It was efficient, friendly and easy to access
My physiotherapist took the time to listen to my concerns. He gave me a variety of exercises to carry out at home to help with my condition. He showed me how to do these exercises correctly. He forwarded me on to MSK for further investigations.
Due to the black foot, obvious this was a sprained ankle. The physio examined it and gave me some exercises to ensure I got some flexibilty
